- Q: Why is there 2 types of Normal & Pre-Sale Order?
- Ans: Normal Order will take about 3 days to receive the item, as stocks location at Singapore Store & Pre-Sale will take about 4-6 weeks to receive the item as stocks location at Overseas Warehouse.

- Q: Can I self collect at your location?
- Ans: Sorry, we do not accept self collect. All item will be ship out by courier services.

- Q: Can you provide extra photos for the item as there not sufficient photo for me to view the item?
- Ans: As all the item photo have already posted up. We do not have anymore.

- Q: What if the item purchase have damage?
- Ans: All the item will be checked before delivery. If there are damages during the delivery kindly please contact us immediately with a photo shot of the damage item. We will request from the factory to replace whichever parts are damage. Please note that it will takes about 4 weeks for the replacement parts to arrive.
- Ans: Please note that delivery outside Singapore do not have replacement part.

- Q: If my delivery location is outside Singapore will I be able to purchase the item?
- Ans: Currently we will only deliver within Singapore.
